Division is involved in Design work of
Architectural, Structural, Electrical &
Infrastructure and Project Management services
related to the housing projects belonging to NHDA.
Housing projects are of using forms ranging from
Satellite Township in suburban areas to low to
high-rise apartment complexes in urban areas.
Further, this Division provides Consultancy
Services and Project Management Services for other
Organizations.
NHDA, being a professional organization recognized
by the Sri Lanka Institution of Engineers, possess a
well-qualified team of professionals in
Architectural, Civil Engineering, Electrical
Engineering and Quantity surveying, backed by the
support of well-qualified and skilled technical
officers, AutoCAD draughts persons and other
supporting staff.
At present the division is well equipped with modern
technological appliances to under take the
sophisticated engineering and architectural planning
and design work.
