|
New opportunity has emerged for the private sector to join hands
with the National Housing Development Authority (NHDA) in
designing and building houses, under the ‘Jana Sevana’ National
Housing Programme of Mahinda Chinthana. The NHDA has identified
parcels of lands in different districts for housing development
aimed at sheltering the middle income and upper middle income
earners. Phase I of this project includes the lands described
below. Those interested and who have the capacity may use the
specimen form to send in their expression of interest to the
Deputy General Manager (Property Development), NHDA before 22nd
August 2006.
